What are Dhai Bhalle?
Dhai vada/bhalle is lentil fritters soaked in yogurt. Dahi is “yogurt” and Vada is “deep fried lentil fritters” Dhai Bhalla is a popular snacky street food, in South asia, served as Dahi Bhalla Chaat. It can also be enjoyed as a side dish in an Indian/Pakistani meal.
You can have a portion on its own or make your own box and add it as a side- the choice is yours.
